4.4 Account registration is subject to PAGCOR's SIM Registration Act compliance requirements. Your mobile number must be registered to your verified identity under the Philippine SIM Registration Act to be used as an account identifier on vl777.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. vl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vl777 staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes via any communication channel, including SMS, email, live chat, or telephone. Any message requesting your credentials purporting to be from vl777 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to vl777 support immediately.

5.3 If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must:

14.2 Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.4 The version of these Terms currently published on the Platform is the version applicable to your use of the Platform. We recommend Players retain a copy of these Terms for their records.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any related matter.

15.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit vl777's right to bring proceedings against a Player in the courts of any other competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one jurisdiction preclude proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
